DYBSA is a volunteer organization! We rely on volunteer coaches and other volunteer community leaders to maintain the operation of the association.

Baseball Teeball Ages 5/6: NO evaluations
Baseball PeeWee Ages 7/8: NO evaluations
Baseball Minor, Ages 9/10:1:30PM, Field 4
Baseball Major, Ages 11/12:1:30PM, Field 3
*No evals for Rookie (ages 3/4), Pony (ages 13/14) and Senior baseball leagues (ages: 15 & up)
Girls Softball evaluations schedule:
Softball Peewee Ages 7-8: NO evaluations
Softball Minor/Major Ages 9-12: NO evaluations
Softball Junior/Senior Ages 13 & up: NO evaluations

Standard 2025 Fall Registration fee is $180for Rookie baseball (ages 3/4)
Standard 2025 Fall Registration fee is $180 for TeeBall (ages 5/6) thru Major (ages 11/12)
Standard 2025 Fall Registration fee is $225 for Pony (ages 13/14) thru Senior (ages 16-18)
Players residing outside of Gwinnett County will be charged $90 out of county fee (mandated by Gwinnett County Parks and Recreation Department). Falsifying information may result into immediate removal from the team.
Baseball players must provide glove, rubber or plastic cleats (pony/senior league cleat requirement may vary), bat, and NOCSAE approved batting helmet with face guard and chin strap.
Softball players must provide glove, rubber or plastic cleats (pony/senior league cleat requirement may vary), bat, and NOCSAE approved batting helmet with face guard, chin strap and face mask.
The registration fee is partly determined by each child playing a 8-12 regular season games, uniform cost, field upkeep, lights, and other administrative fee. Fees are subject to change each season.
Late fee of $25.00 will be applied after registration deadline. DYBSA offer sibling discount of $10 per child after first child. Player who lives outside of Gwinnett County will be charged $90 non-refundable fee per players as outlined by Gwinnett County Parks and Recreation guidelines.
Mandatory items that you will need to provide for your child include a bat, a glove, and an 'NOCSAE' approved batting helmet. The association supplies each team with age-appropriate catcher's equipment.
